Casa Teresa: We actively support Casa Teresa in Orange, California (www.casateresa.com), a non profit organization that helps single, pregnant women who have no where to go and have chosen to keep their babies after birth or to place them for adoption. The people at Casa Teresa help single pregnant women make loving and informed decisions for themselves and their babies. We support this wonderful and caring organization. Second Harvest Food Bank: Hunger is a problem that the food bank attacks head on. Through our involvement in St. Vincent de Paul in Orange County, California,we are continually impressed with their efforts to feed the hungry. Apheresis: Through the Red Cross we donate every monthselectedblood components-platelets, plasma, red cells, infection-fighting white cells. Apheresis is most commonly used to collect platelets and plasma. Bone marrow transplant, cancer and leukemia patients whose immune systems are already compromised, benefit particularly from single donor platelet transfusions.Go to www.givelife2.org/donor/apheresis.asp and sign up to be a regular donor.

Cystic Fibrosis Foundation: We also support research to find a cure for Cystic Fibrosis. Heather, the daughter oflife-long good friends, passed away in November. She bravely fought CF for 37 years. According to our friends, "Never before has there been so much promising CF research."
