The bumpers are like training wheels for Freddy! This accessory is recommended for parents with toddlers and small children who want the added safety of limiting the rocking motion of the Original Freddy Rocker. When attached to the tail runners, these rubber bumpers prevent the rocker from rocking too far forward or backward. They can also be adjusted to prevent any rocking whatsoever.
